1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as any policies or guidelines referenced. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Services Provided

I offer professional photography and image editing services as described on the website. All services are subject to availability, and I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Payment and Deposits

Some services require a deposit upon booking, with the balance due upon project completion. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or cancellations.

4. Delivery and Revisions

Final deliverables will be provided within the agreed timeframe. I offer up to two rounds of revisions to ensure satisfaction; additional revisions may incur an extra fee. Any revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

All images and edits remain the intellectual property of Jordan Ashley Brett until full payment is received. Upon final payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal or commercial purposes as agreed. Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution of images is prohibited.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and ensure access to products or models as needed. I am not responsible for project delays due to late delivery of materials, client unavailability, or other client-side issues.

7. Limitations of Liability

While I strive for accuracy and quality, I am not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use my services, including lost profits or data. My maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

8. Termination of Services

I reserve the right to terminate services if clients breach any terms, including non-payment, unauthorized use of images, or disrespectful communication. Terminated projects will not be eligible for refunds.

9. Modifications to Terms

I may update these Terms of Service occasionally. Any changes will be posted on the website and will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California state law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
